On the ninth day of this fashionable month, we were given peplum tops. I first saw Emma Stone rocking a peplum at a movie premiere a few summers ago. This year, they have caught everyone by storm from skirts, tops, and dresses. If you are on the smaller side it can give you an amazing shape.
